We all breathe.

But few of us have ever been taught how to use our breath as a tool - more importantly, as a gift.

Every session reminds me that breathwork isn’t about having the “right” experience. It’s about creating the space to meet yourself exactly where you are.

Thank you to everyone who has trusted me, their breath, and themselves enough to share these reflections. Your words are a beautiful reminder that no two journeys are ever the same.

I know I’m known for a lot of things, one of them especially being curly hair.

But that’s not all I do.

I love a sleek style, smooth finish, and crisp clean line just as much as I love a good ringlet, beach wave, or curly coil.

I really am here for it all.
