They need targets so they don’t face their own truths. Let them. Normally I prefer not giving anyone a reason, but how are lessons learned? Who is actually doing the reflections, making the growth changes, and still be inclusive? Usually you right? But maybe the lesson doesn’t need to be malicious, maybe lessons just need to be enough to be learned to not continue repeating. (Definitely yours, but never stop believing in humanity) So what does that look like, who knows? Best leave that to the kupuna 😉.
