Waiakea High School

Did you know that Waiākea High School has a school-based health clinic that is staffed by a Hawai‘i Keiki APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse) and a Hawai‘i Keiki HT (Health Technician)?

The Hawai‘i Keiki healthcare team does not replace the care your child gets from your primary care provider.

Consent Packets will be available during Schedule Pick-Up on Tuesday, 7/21. They can also be found on the Waiākea High School website (under Resources), https://app.hellosign.com/s/EYH7rW2L , or be completed electronically via the QR code.
