Great design MEETS needs. Poor design creates more needs. Finally media labs are publishing research on HOW and WHY design matters to ALL of us.
Audio is the medium of urgency and, thus, we know when people trun to radio, they may be in high state of stress. Glad to see this work and look forward to more.
