The falls are easily accessible by road and are a popular spot for day trips from Udaipur and Rajsamand. The Menal Waterfalls are formed by the Berach River, which flows down from the Aravalli Hills. The river cascades down from a height, creating a serene and picturesque waterfall, especially during the monsoon season when the water flow is at its peak. The waterfall is surrounded by lush greenery, and the area is known for its tranquility and natural beauty, making it an ideal spot for photography, picnics, and a peaceful retreat. In addition to the waterfall, the area is also home to ancient Menal temples, which are dedicated to Lord Shiva. The best time to visit the Menal Waterfalls is during the monsoon season (from June to September), as the waterfall is most dramatic during this time with a stronger water flow.
