For those who have asked about my pineapple salsa, here is the recipe.

2 cups pineapple
2 medium tomatoes
3/4 cup sweet onion
1/4 cup cilantro
1/2 cup red pepper
1 jalapeño (optional)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic
1 tablespoon lime juice

Finely chop all ingredients. Mix throughly. Refrigerate. Enjoy with chips or can be used as a grill topping.
