We're proud to announce that LeeAnn Tomas-Foster, Arcadis City Executive for Chicago, was named to the prestigious Crain's Chicago Business Notable Leaders list in Architecture, Engineering and Construction.

With decades of experience across the public and private sectors, LeeAnn has led complex environmental and urban development programs within the City of Chicago and delivered hundreds of millions of dollars in site remediation and capital improvements.
