Fox Creek Elementary

Thank you, Thank you! We had another amazing Different Kind of a Canned Food Drive this school year. We appreciate all the support from everyone to bring in a certain sized can and support this project.

As a school we collected 932 cans or 633.5 lbs to donate to the Backpack Society this year. The sixth graders were able to use these cans to design and build some creative Can Structures. I hope you were able to see a few of the structures set up in the school galleria, and read their stories.

This project is modeled after the official CanStructure program, which was started in 1992 and was designed to fight hunger.
