Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive cleaning of assigned apartments or living areas, including but not limited to wiping, vacuuming, sweeping, and disinfecting.
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all areas, including dormitories, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas, to the highest standards.
Polish and disinfect furniture and appliances.
Replace bed linens and towels, as well as restock essentials.
Notify management of any required maintenance or repairs observed during cleansing.
Always adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.
Provide residents with superior customer service and promptly address any concerns or requests.

Requirements:

Demonstrable experience as a house cleaner or domestic, preferably in a residential or hospitality environment.
Knowledge of cleansing techniques, supplies, and tools.
Detail-oriented with the ability to consistently maintain sanitation standards.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Excellent communication and client service skills.
Ability to perform janitorial duties and lift large objects when necessary.
As required, the ability to work weekdays, weekends, and occasionally evenings.
