Do you ever wonder why one leg is shorter than the other or why you have recurrent plantar fascitis, knee pain, or low back pain? It can be due to one hip being more internally or externally rotated than the other contributing to a boney pelvic torque alignment to one side or muscle tendon imbalances. The femurs are like canoe oars. If one rotates inward then it can pull the pelvis in that direction. The truth is that we can't fix asymmetry with symmetry in our exercise program.

This exercise is one example of a corrective exercise that allows us to choose what hip alignment or movement needs more or less work and it includes the foot with the ground for balance and to retrain the brain.

I'm also focusing on applying a breathing and rib expansion specific for myself that is critical.
