We Need a Licensed Rental Showing Agent.
Blue Olive Properties is searching for a full-time licensed showing agent who has the drive and will to achieve success. We are not looking for average. We need a motivated professional who can work independently, plan and execute an efficient showing schedule, and take pride in personal and team achievement.
Position Duties:
The primary focus of this position is to show our current rental property vacancies located throughout the Denver Metro area. You will respond to inquiries and schedule all showings based on your availability and schedule. You will conduct rental showings, place signs and lockboxes, and conduct move-in walkthroughs.
You may also close real estate transactions through our brokerage from your leads with no splits. You may also be able to work our buyer leads with managing broker supervision.
Skills & Qualifications:
Dependable fuel-efficient car and insurance a must. Active Colorado real estate license required. No property management experience required. We will train newer agents with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. We hire based on attitude, culture fit, capacity for work, and willingness to learn. We need a positive, confident person who is courteous and efficient. You must be reliable and punctual with strong time management skills. We need a skilled communicator with the ability to handle a busy schedule.
Schedule & Pay:
Are you an aggressive hustler? Can you grind to meet a goal? Do you have what it takes?
BOP is offering a $1000 sign-on bonus (payable after 30-days). We also offer a $1500 retention bonus (after 18 months). This is a full-time position, and it will require 40 work hours per week in our peak rental season (March – September). You will set your own working hours and showing schedule within a time block we provide, based on a Tuesday through Saturday schedule. Some early evening and Saturday showings will be necessary. You will be required to provide a showing activity and feedback report at two team meetings per week on Tuesday (10 AM/via Zoom) and Friday (9 AM/at Tech Center office).
Average agents in this position typically earn $45k-$55k per year, but great showing agents can earn $60-$80k+ per year. Agents who also sell 3-5 properties per year can earn over $150k. Keep in mind, to earn this type of salary requires actual hard work and dedication to the job. This is not a part time job, and it does require real honest work, but the rewards you can earn are up to you.
Agent will be paid a base salary and a commission per rental leased. We provide a generous monthly gas allowance. Bonuses are based on exceeding expected leasing numbers and remaining with the company for a minimum of 1.5 years. Agent will enjoy paid holidays and two weeks of paid vacation per year.
Agent is required to place their active Colorado real estate license with our company only. (CREC doesn't allow agents to hold a license in two brokerages.) If you are selling real estate, you may complete real estate sales transactions from your leads with no brokerage split or “mentoring” charges (transaction fee applies). We do not charge our licensed agents any monthly fees. Realtor board membership is not required.
