When Luiza-Jaye Studios started I did not actually know where I wanted to go with it. I had been a photographer before so that is actually where it started, right where I left off.

I was capturing memories for families, new couples, and newborns. I started photographing real estate, headshots, and products on the side though just to see if that is what I really wanted to do.

I do like working with families, don't get me wrong, but I did enjoy working with professionals and entrepreneurs a little bit more. That is when I started focusing on brand photography.

Eventually as the year wore on I realized I wanted to be able to expand into other areas I already have experience in with a focus on brands. That is when I brought in interior design. I did start out as a visual merchandiser for Nordstrom's so the experience was there and I loved that when I did it before and I love it now!

It was a natural shift.
My first real career move was in marketing. One of my major roles for the company I share with my husband, Manotas LLC, is the marketing side and interior design. My favorite job in college was my visual merchandising job.

As Dae Dream Creative grows I look forward to adding graphic design, web design, brand development, and brand strategy. I may not do them all, I may hire for a lot of those roles, but that is the direction I hope to grow this company.

In order to do that, it felt right to give it a name it could grow into like a day dream.

Date Change!

I am sending out an email to let you know I forgot my children have a field trip on the 19th! Oops! It's important as a business owner to still make time for the little things in life, so I had to switch our day for Content Networking.

Today visual content and networking are some of the top marketing strategies for organic lead generation so let's come together and work on both!

We will meet together and have casual conversation with other professionals in the area.
Around 9:30 we will share our elevator pitch. This is a great opportunity to work on your elevator pitch in a more casual environment.
After elevator pitches, I will work with each of you one on one for professional headshots for your content. You will receive one free digital ready image with the ability to purchase more and at larger sizes.
While I work with each of you individually, the casual conversation can continue! I plan on staying until 10:30, but feel free to stay longer.

Remember, it is free to join us, but if we are meeting at a local business please purchase something to support them. I always try to pick places I have been to myself so I know the environment and products available are enjoyable.

Content Networking Event

The two most important ways to grow your business today is through visual content and networking so let's come together and do both!

This content networking event will be a casual opportunity to conversate with other local professionals, share your elevator pitch, and get an updated content photo of yourself done for free!

We will be in Lone Tree and Monk & Mongoose for this one.

If you come to the event, it is free to join with us, but in the spirit of supporting businesses, please purchase something from the coffee shop that will be hosting us. I always make sure the place Ive chosen has a variety of options for drinks and that I personally have tried it.
