Masters Class is coming back to CFM this Spring!
Are you over 50? Looking to get stronger & stay active but not quite sure how to get started? Maybe you’ve looked at CrossFit before & thought “I can’t do that” or “that’s not for me.”
The CrossFit style of training is appropriate for any fitness or skill level - the same movement can be modified in countless ways to meet you wherever you’re at in life.
We’ve created the Masters class to allow for a longer warm up & a greater focus on strength movements and progressions. All while still incorporating higher intensity training to help you improve your overall fitness & capacity.

We are starting an 8 week program specifically for those ages 50+. These classes are appropriate for any fitness level & will focus on longer progressions for warm ups, strength work, & general movement patterns.

Recovery Session: Dry Needling
🔷Who is it for?
A dry needling recovery session is for someone who would like to reduce muscle soreness & speed up the natural recovery process from working out. It can be used to improve mobility and muscle activation as well. This session is not intended to evaluate or diagnose an injury or develop a full plan for addressing that injury/issue. Most people utilize this session for enhanced recovery and maintenance of an ongoing issue/problem area that has already been fully evaluated.
🔷What does it include?
This session is 30 minutes. Dry needling is typically performed for 10-20 minutes, allowing time for set up and discussion of what to do post session.
