We're looking for a Digital Print Press Operator. Someone who is reliable, detail-oriented and ready to work in this fast-paced industry we call Printing.

📅 Schedule: Monday–Thursday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), Friday (8:00 AM – 3:00 PM)

🛠️ WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Set up and calibrate digital print presses to ensure optimal color accuracy and image quality for each job.

Monitor printing processes in real-time, making adjustments as needed to maintain consistency and quality standards.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on digital printing equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Collaborate with prepress teams to review digital files, ensuring proper layout, color management, and file integrity before printing.
Conduct quality control checks throughout the production run, inspecting prints for color consistency, registration, and defect detection.

Maintain detailed records of production runs, material usage, and maintenance activities for process improvement.

🎯 SKILLS:

Previous experience operating digital print equipment preferred but not required.

Strong attention to detail and quality control.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Basic understanding of manufacturing principles related to print production workflows.

Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability is a plus.
