This Grumpy fellow has lots of attitude! The Vintage Cast Iron "Mulligan the Cop" Still Bank was commissioned by the Still Bank Collectors Club of America exclusively for their private 1986
Members Convention, and is stamped on the back with SBCCA and dated. This is a reproduction of the original A.C. Williams Co. bank circa 1920.
