Please excuse our "fitness dust" while we give the gym a fresh new look. We are working hard to upgrade our space to better serve our incredible community.

A massive THANK YOU to all of our members. You are the heartbeat of Hico Fit and the reason this is such a great place to workout every day. We appreciate your patience and support as we grow!

Moxie — our little porch cat at TWO CLAY BIRDS — is still missing. She slipped out of her harness on Friday night, and we’re pretty sure some good-hearted person picked her up, thinking she was homeless. (We might think the same if a sweet kitten like her came up to us, too.) If you were that person, thank you for caring for her during this cold weather! Rest assured that, while she isn’t allowed in the shop, she is well-loved, eats a ton, and always goes into the apartment off and on during the day (and for sure at night) where she sleeps in a very cozy, very bougie cat castle. But, on Friday, our kids each thought the other had turned her in for the evening. And when we realized late Friday night that she wasn’t in, we couldn’t find her.

We miss her terribly and would love to have her back — no questions asked. If you have her or see her (she’s an adorable tabby with dots on her belly and a distinctive orange spot on her forehead), please give us a text or call at
