You may start with one day a week and than quickly gain accounts to fill up your schedule, if the new customer likes your work you will be assigned to that house. You will work that house every week or bi weekly depending on the assignment. You can fill up your schedule with us while still living your life and/or working with the company your at now. Your goal would be to win as many accounts as you want and have multiple in one a day . This creates flexibility for you and your family. This can become a second source of income for you to benefit from. We recommend our workers to have valid transportation and to arrive 5-10min before the start of the job. Cleaners Responsibilities:
Cleaning common areas of the property including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, as well as dusting and sanitizing surfaces and bathrooms.
Must be able to adapt to changing work priorities.
Must be self-motivated and enjoy working independently as well as on a team.
Must have good communication skills for timely follow-up on work orders with team members.
Strong customer service skills required to interact with residents, contractors, fellow team members
