Have you been curious about Pilates but weren't sure where to start? Or maybe you've taken a few classes and would love more personalized instruction? This workshop is for you!

Join me this Saturday from 11:00 AM–12:30 PM at Hickory Yoga & Wellness for Core Confidence—a beginner-friendly Pilates workshop designed to help you build a strong foundation in a supportive, welcoming environment.

Together we'll:

💙 Discover how to engage your core the right way
💙 Improve posture, balance, and body awareness
💙 Build confidence with movements you can take into any Pilates class—or into everyday life!

True story! I would add slow…

The instructions sound harmless. Tiny range. Minimal effort. Totally manageable.

Until suddenly every muscle is awake and you’re shaking like you’ve never moved before.

Small does not mean easy. Pilates is a liar in the best way.
