Coach Cash getting his boxing class in fighting shape with core workouts! Coach Cash always trains his boxers at Atlantic with an emphasis on physical fitness. Atlantic MMA has kid’s classes twice a week! Kid’s jiujitsu is at 5:00 and kid’s kickboxing at 6:00. Our coaching staff for the children’s classes loves to teach and connect with the kids in class, and they always make for an educational and fun time. Every child is invited to come learn new skills and have fun!
