I want to shoutout this lady here! Ms. Susan. She has been through tough stuff, setbacks and obstacles. But despite it all, this lady is a fighter! 💪🥊 She does not give up!

I have seen Susan’s progress from the time she started at the gym and till now. I did told her it will take time and she will see results just as long she works out consistently and it has been paying off! 👏👏🙌

When she started off, I had to modify high planks for her, but now she can do a regular one for 45 seconds which that’s a big progress compared to where she first started. Don’t underestimate Ms. Susan! She’s stronger than what you think, so watch out! 👊💥
