Happy Father’s Day!

Today we thank God for the fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers, foster fathers, and spiritual fathers who faithfully invest in the next generation.

Fatherhood is one of God’s greatest gifts and responsibilities. Whether through leading, teaching, encouraging, protecting, or simply being present, fathers have a unique opportunity to reflect the love of our Heavenly Father.

Join us in thanking God for the men who have shaped our lives and pointing one another to the Father who never fails.

Happy Father’s Day from Longview Point!

This Father’s Day, consider making a difference in the life of a boy who needs a godly mentor.

Through Fathers in the Field, men are paired one-on-one with boys growing up without their fathers, building relationships through outdoor activities, life skills, and the hope of the Gospel.

Isaiah 1:17 calls us to “Defend the cause of the fatherless.” Could God be calling you to serve?

Thursday, our kids learned that Jesus Is the Proven Son of God. Through His death, burial, and resurrection, Jesus proved that He is exactly who He claimed to be—the Son of God and the Savior of the world. The empty tomb is the greatest proof that Jesus has power over sin and death!

From Bible study and worship to crafts, games, and time with friends, Day 4 was filled with excitement and opportunities to hear the good news of the gospel.

We are so thankful for all of the children, volunteers, and families who have made this week so special. It has been a joy to see kids learning more about Jesus each day.

Take a look at some of our favorite moments from Day 4!

Wednesday, our kids learned that Jesus is the Powerful Son of God. Through His miracles, His authority over creation, and His victory over sin and death, we see that Jesus is far more than a good teacher—He is the all-powerful Son of God who is worthy of our trust and worship.

We’re grateful for every child, volunteer, and family who has been part of this week. It has been a joy to watch kids learn more about who Jesus is and what He has done for us.

As we continue through VBS, please pray that children will not only learn these truths but believe them and place their faith in Jesus Christ. Enjoy some highlights from Day 3!
