Hello Yogis!
The next two days are supposed to be hot...let's beat the heat by meeting on our mats in the air-conditioned studio! Monday evening I will be leading the 5:30 pm class (normally taught by Carrie) as well as Wind-Down Yoga at 6:30. We will also have Weekly Yoga on Tuesday at 5:30 pm.
