2025 Holiday Turnaround & Shipping

The holiday season for us is already underway, so before I forget in the chaos please be mindful and order early to ensure enough time for both production and delivery.

Current turnaround: 10 days this is processing time, not including shipping transit times that can take up to 5-7 business days depending on where you are located. Everything ships out ground mail and is insured. If items arrive broken, we will need for you to hold on to it along with packaging before we can process a claim and get a replacement out. Please contact us within 2 business days of delivery date for us to quickly resolve the issue. We will not honor replacements after the 2 business days.

We’re a small, family-run studio and work as quickly as we can to get your holiday orders out on time.
Please plan ahead so there is enough time for both our processing window and the carrier’s transit time.

Address accuracy:
Please triple-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we cannot retrieve or re-route it.

Carrier delays:
We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather issues, or service interruptions.

Replacements:
We do not send replacements for delayed, lost, or misdelivered packages without a new order being placed.
