Images including MRI of either the Lumber or Cervical. Also 4 x-rays are needed, A/P, Lateral, Extension and Flexion while standing.

MRI and X-ray are preferred on CD/DVD.

A typical finding of adjacent degeneration from any fused level. My cervical pain and C5-6 neuropathy was pretty severe. C4-5 had to be additionally replaced due to disc herniation with subsequent central canal and foraminal stenosis.
