Last week, our behavior of the week was "provide transparency and face reality". This week, the behavior we focused on was "expect the unexpected and expect to deal with it". To practice this behavior, it is important to take everything one day at a time and be ready to adjust as needed. The opposite of this behavior would be expecting things to be handled perfectly by everyone (including yourself) all the time. After some practice we jumped into making calls.
