Every Monday 6pm I run a Women’s class at . No experience needed, learn to defend yourself, build confidence, and strength, as you surround yourself with other women in your community. Try something new that pushes you, and girls who will support eachother.

Grateful for a dream that once lived only in my mind. An idea that felt small, but love for it made it effortless and community made it real. When you love it, it flows. When you have community, it grows. It’s a privilege to wake up to something we built and genuinely enjoy. There’s still a long list of things to tackle, and with my ADHD I’m forever in motion—but that’s how I keep growing, and how I keep my old ass young. Crazy how this all started from from nothing to everything I needed. ufcbjj
