Ingredients:
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup h**p seeds (shelled, also known as h**p hearts)
- 1-2 tablespoons h**p oil or CBD oil (adjust according to your preference and dosage)

Instructions:

1. Blend the H**p Seeds: In a blender, combine the whole milk and h**p seeds. Blend on high until smooth, ensuring the h**p seeds are finely ground.

2. Mix the Base: In a medium bowl, whisk together the blended h**p mixture, heavy cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. If using h**p oil or CBD oil, add it to the mixture and whisk until fully incorporated.

3. Chill the Mixture: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the mixture is thoroughly chilled. For best results, chill overnight.

4. Churn the Ice Cream: Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions. This usually takes about 20-25 minutes, or until the ice cream reaches a soft-serve consistency.

5. Freeze to Set: Transfer the churned ice cream into an airtight container. Place it in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until it is firm and scoopable.
