Here's a solid evening update: Home Is Possible for Teachers has been extended until December 31st, 2024! 🎉 Originally set to only be available until September 30th, 2024.

What is this? It's a downpayment assistance program for homebuyers who are teachers. 🏡

🎓 Must be a licensed full-time K–12 public school classroom teacher in Nevada

💵 Qualifying income up to $160,000

🏦 Minimum credit score 640 (680 for manufactured homes)

💳 Maximum debt ratio: 50% based on credit score and loan type (see guidelines)

🏘️ Purchaser cannot own other property at time of close

🏡 Teacher must live in home as primary residence

📝 Homebuyer education course required
