Heritage Wood starts as a fine art paper print mounted on 3/4 inch white birch. After mounting, we hand-sand each corner until it's smooth and rounded. Then the UV laminate goes on. The finish depends on the paper you choose: Heirloom or Legacy.

The whole process happens on the bench in Henderson. No machine line. No automation. Frames are built in-house. Acrylic is face-mounted on premises. Canvas is hand-stretched on hardwood frames we make ourselves. Heritage Wood is hand-sanded with rounded corners.

The reveal session is where you close the sale. Metal prints are what you reveal first.

Dye sublimation infuses the image into the ChromaLuxe HD coating using heat and pressure. The color lives inside the panel, not on top of it. That gives you saturated tones and luminosity that paper physically cannot deliver. It is a different ink chemistry on a different substrate, and the visual result is measurably brighter.

When a bride sees her portrait glowing on metal in your studio, the conversation shifts from whether she's ordering to which sizes she wants for her parents.

Start with an 8x12 metal for the reveal. Build the wall package from there. The print does the work.

Produced on the Epson F6470 with six-color UltraChrome DS dye-sublimation inks in Light Cyan and Light Magenta configuration. Five finishes including White Gloss, Clear Gloss for high-contrast black and white, and Matte options. Custom sizes available up to 44x96 inches. Production runs 2-3 business days from our Henderson, Nevada facility.

The dad hung it himself. No frame needed. Just grabbed the drill and put his daughter's photo right on the wall in his workshop.

The photographer delivered it wrapped in kraft paper with rustic twine. When he unwrapped it, he ran his thumb over the rounded corners, turned it over, saw the keyhole hanger already mounted. He didn't ask his wife where it should go. He went straight to the garage, grabbed his drill, and hung it next to his workbench.

Most people think wood prints are a stain process. They're not. The image sits on top, UV sealed, hand sanded at the corners.

Heritage Wood starts as Fine Art paper printed on the Epson SureColor P20570. Twelve-color UltraChrome PRO12 pigment inks. Then we mount that print to three-quarter inch white birch and UV laminate the surface. No wood grain shows through because the paper covers it completely.

Two finishes. Heirloom gets beveled front edges and rounded corners, hand sanded. Legacy gets rounded corners with straight edges. Both ship with keyhole hangers. Both come in square, rectangle, circle, hexagon, and oval shapes up to 47 by 47 inches.
