Weathered Hands
La Victoria

From the mountains of Colombia, this roast brings notes of cherry, cane sugar, and tangerine. Smooth, bright, and seriously enjoyable.

Freshly roasted and ready for your morning cup.

Swing by the market and grab a bag this week.

There’s something special that happens when good food brings people together.

This afternoon our Ranch Roots community gathered for a handmade pasta class—and it was one of those afternoons you wish you could bottle up and keep.

Flour on the hands. Dough being kneaded and shaped. Glasses of wine shared between new and old friends. Laughter echoing through the market. Stories told. Olive oils and cheeses passed around.

And at the end of it all, each person walked away with something simple and beautiful: pasta they made with their own hands.

A big thank you to Jay, one of our own Ranch Roots members, for leading such a fun and memorable class. There’s something special about learning from the people right here in our community.

This is a big part of what Ranch Roots is meant to be—not just a place to get your food, but a place to step into something deeper. To learn, to connect, to slow down, and to rediscover the joy of making things the way they were meant to be made.

And we’re just getting started.

Last month we gathered around delicate, handmade macarons.

In the months ahead, we’ll be diving into locally roasted coffee, healthy cleaning practices, baking with fresh-milled flour, and more.

More learning. More laughter. More shared tables.

Come be part of it.
