Every Memorial Day, gyms around the world honor Lt. Michael Murphy. Since 2005, “Murph” has been a traditional Hero workout observed by not just Crossfit gyms, but broader athlete communities.
Great job to our athletes at HCF! It’s a tough and long workout, but with all hero wods, always remember the “why.” ❤️
