So, I had made some healthy changes in my life. Riding bike, exercise and eating a little bit healthier. But after Covid, I had been feeling different. I am grateful I was able to get through Covid as I did. But not with out some side effects. Things taste different, migraines and exhausted all the time. Yesterday, I finally got the strength to exercise and today I took a bike ride. I am definitely not who I was but it is a start. Hoping this helps anyone who is going through similar issues. Your not alone and you can get through it.

As I say this Mcbeardly walks in... Ugh!!!

Had a phone interview yesterday. I asked myself is that what I really want to do again? A lot has happened this year, and it's not over yet. I have always worked for someone. I think it's time I worked for myself. Even if I just barely make it. I'm still happier as my own boss. I started this years ago. I have had ups and downs but never gave up, but now I think I will give it my all.
