Today is National Egg Day. Eggs have a mixed reputation when it comes to health. But, consuming up to one egg per day is considered safe and is not linked to increased cardiovascular disease risk for most healthy adults. Eggs provide nutrients like choline and vitamin D.

The state of Montana has used the BE FAST acronym for many years to help people remember the signs of stroke. As of May 2025, the American Stroke Association has also moved from FAST to BE FAST. The more signs of stroke you know, the faster a stroke can be recognized and treatment started.
