I was just around the corner from the capitol building for work yesterday and had to take a moment to appreciate the fall colors framing the capitol building with it's copper-clad cupola. One might even call it a cupric cupola, while admiring the verticality of the verdigris. Perhaps pontificating on the palatial patina?
