A couple months ago we got a call about a wet crawl space. The owners had just built a new addition on their house. The contractor didn't install a v***r barrier over the dirt floor in the crawl space. With cold weather, moisture began to condense on the concrete. A mildewy smell began to develope in the addition.

We finished our remodel of the Placer Building Condo unit a couple of weeks ago. The unit recieved new ceilings, new wall texture, trim, paint, concrete countertops, tile shower and floors, ect. Here are the after pictures. The owner was very happy.

The suspended ceilings in this unit have been removed to reveal the ugliness above. The owner contracted us to repair and resurface the existing areas and make it all look good. We're starting on it this week and will post after pictures when we complete the job.
