It's back to school week, so let us cook on Wednesday!! This week we are serving a lightly season chicken breast are sautéed with garlic, basil, mushrooms, bacon and shallots. White wine, cream and lots of Parmesan cheese are perfectly blended into a creamy white sauce and served over fettuccine. Dinner includes a Caesar salad, and garlic bread.
