One of the most rewarding things about being a State Farm agent is helping my customers during the hardest times. Today I hand delivered a check to a policyholder whose home was devastated by yesterday’s tornado. Now they can get a hotel room, rental car, food, and any other necessities. Many roads are still closed & most of the area without power. There was no time to wait on an adjuster to survey the damage or claims to be filed, these people needed our help now, and I’m glad I was able do just that!
Due to the severe weather our phone lines are currently down & the office is without power. If you need immediate assistance, please call our office & if will redirect you to the corporate line. We will follow-up & be available to help with any claims as soon as possible. Please stay safe!
