Exterior framing is nearly complete, the garage slab is being poured today, and this build is continuing to make great progress. Next week, roofing dry-in begins along with the start of MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing).

It’s exciting to watch this project continue to take shape, and we can’t wait to keep sharing the journey with you as we move closer to bringing this vision to life.

Helena Townhome Project Update 🏗️

This townhouse project in Helena continues to come together beautifully, and every new phase adds more character and personality to the overall design. We love seeing the balance of clean modern architecture paired with warm, welcoming details that make these homes feel both elevated and inviting.

We’re another step closer on this project as drywall is being completed and we’re getting ready to move into interior painting. This is the stage where everything really starts to feel like a finished space—clean lines, defined rooms, and the vision coming into focus.
