N Bar S Microgreens

There's a saying in the farming community, "Pile it high and watch it fly!" Which refers to your farmers market table.

I'd argue, it also applies to the breakfast of a microgreens farmer! My favorite breakfast is an open faced English muffins(i promiseits in there!), micros, and fried egg sandwhich. There's something satisfying when the yoke runs through the nest of micros!
