I have a market update for you all. The sales numbers we are seeing are through the roof. Not since 2005 or 2006 have we seen numbers like this!

Buyers are searching hard to find there dream home again and they are more qualified than ever!

OK...there is one problem. We need listings, we need product to sell! The current sellers of good property are receiving wonderful offers and many getting multiple offers driving the sell prices even higher.

Now is the time!!
