A Healdsburg homecoming: We’re honored to welcome Reed Palmer as Chef de Cuisine at Folia Bar & Kitchen, alongside his father .

After honing his craft at celebrated restaurants, Blue Hill at Stone Barns, One White Street, Ilis and more, Reed returns to his hometown of Healdsburg to write the next chapter of his culinary story. Together, they’re reimagining progressive American cooking through the lens of Sonoma County’s finest ingredients and wood-fired techniques.
