At FRSTeam, every item is photographed, documented, and logged into an organized inventory system before being securely stored in our climate-controlled facility.

From intake to restoration to return, each step is tracked to ensure accountability and protection throughout the recovery process.

What happens during pack-out and inventory?

When our team arrives on-site, we carefully assess the contents of the property and identify:

• Items that can be professionally restored
• Items that may be non-restorable
• Contents requiring specialty handling

Each item is photographed, documented, and securely packed before being transported to our facility.
