What happens during pack-out and inventory?

When our team arrives on-site, we carefully assess the contents of the property and identify:

• Items that can be professionally restored
• Items that may be non-restorable
• Contents requiring specialty handling

Each item is photographed, documented, and securely packed before being transported to our facility.

At our warehouse, we utilize an organized inventory and storage system to track every item throughout the restoration process, from intake to return.
