I have this space available in the salon to be rented. We can rearrange the furniture in the space, trade places of the desk with the pedi chairs, leave it as is, or turn it into an area for a lash tech. I will have a full time hair station available for rent as of June for $425/month. Included in that will be backbar and towels.
I’ll be looking for someone to share my station with on my days off. That part-time rent would be approximately $275/month and backbar and towels would also be included.
There is a mani/pedi area that could possibly be used by a nail tech.
There is a lot of usable space and it would be fun to share it! I’m open to ideas.
