About 80-90 % of them are in jail due to drugs?

Having worked it around as an added value to the Church Pastor’s talk to our Club’s Vocational Training course, Values-Based Leadership Training was submitted and approved by the Club.

We started with 25 the first week, then every week the participants went up to 30, then 35, 45, and 50.

Since I was in the States and was conducting this seminar VIRTUALLY, I had to finally cut it off to 50 to make sure that I was reaching everyone.
Three had been released by graduation day. We had a graduation with the Chief of Police, as a Guest Speaker, a video message from Senator Cynthia Villar, and a message from one of my Courses on 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth, Officer Pahl.

That was March of 2023. This February (2024), I came to the Philippines to host a Leadership Conference.

I decided to pay a visit to the Warden of the City Jail. I was greeted by 17 female inmates who had completed my Values-Based Leadership Training.

Tears shed, hugs exchanged, kisses given! And most of all, each one shares how much they appreciate the values and leadership training they received.

I was surprised that they were able to practice the lessons they learned from the training. I do believe, that is the greatest gift I have ever received!

I had an impromptu speech on the message of hope, intentionality, and personal growth.

Then it was time to go! Goodbyes were said with more tears, hugs, and kisses. With a promise to see each other again outside the bars of their confinement.
