Customer called us for Roadside Assistance due to his vehicle over heating. 2006 Dodge Charger R/T, performed a diagnostics on the vehicle is discovered the radiator fans were not turning on. After trying to manually engage the radiator fans with our scan tool with no luck, tried to manually applied 12V power to them individually, still had nothing coming from the any of the two fan assemblies. Therefore, the fan needed to be replaced. Got the fan assembly replaced and the customer was happy.
