These are cut in-house from 1-1/2" thick mild steel on our StarLab CNC table (this sheet weighs 2200lbs!)

Two of these sets are available now with the included 1/2" wear plates. They measure 36" tall with zero tilt. We keep enough plate on hand to make any variety of attachment mounts if you're in need of a complete set or builder's kit. We can also build custom attachments to suit your specific needs. Parts manufacturing is our specialty! Also, if you're handy with a welder and trying to save some coin, we're happy to make "weld-it-yourself" kits so you can build your parts yourself!

We can plasma cut up to 1-1/2" thick steel (as well as stainless and aluminum) and oxy/fuel cut up to 4" thick steel. Our metal forming capabilities include shearing and breaking 1/4" plate up to 8' lengths, tube and pipe bending up to 2-1/2"x.120", roll bending up to 1-1/2" square and round tube (angle iron, channel, and flat bar), hole punching up to 1-1/16" in 3/4" plate, and sheet metal rolling up to 4' x .120".
