This2-hour offering explores the Heart of Yin Yoga through steady, earth-based postures held 3–5 minutes, inviting embodiment, sensation, and awareness of the feeling body. Supported by gravity and the Earth, the practice creates space for release and prepares the body for Shabda—sound as flowing vibration—guiding clarity, calm, and deep presence.
