Set on a narrow, steeply sloped site overlooking Pleasant Pond, this project reimagines a long-standing camp structure as a thoughtful, year-round retreat.

The new design replaces the existing footprint, using the site’s natural grade to create a vertical sequence of spaces from a finished lower level, to main living areas, and up to a private primary suite above. Carefully integrated exterior spaces extend living toward the pond and into the hillside, preserving the quiet character of the site while improving long-term comfort and function.

A design rooted in restraint, topography, and a deep respect for place.
