This bathroom was completely gutted down to the framing and rebuilt from the ground up in just 14 days. The goal was to create a coastal-inspired retreat that felt clean, functional, and effortlessly connected to the home’s seaside character.

The focal point of the space is the custom tile surround featuring soft sea-glass blue tile and a full-width recessed niche shelf that stretches across the tub wall. The layered tile detail provides both visual interest and practical storage while maintaining a clean, uninterrupted aesthetic.

To warm the space, we paired a natural wood vanity with brushed brass fixtures and hardware, creating a beautiful balance between modern coastal design and timeless craftsmanship. The quartz countertop, illuminated mirror, and carefully selected finishes bring an elevated feel to this compact bathroom while maximizing every inch of available space.

Every detail was thoughtfully executed—from the precise tile layout and niche integration to the finish selections and fixture placement—resulting in a bathroom that feels larger, brighter, and far more inviting than before.
