Say hello to our newest Creative Warrior: Jenny Klaum 🛡️✨

Jenny has a knack for spotting friction in processes and turning it into opportunity, making life easier for our teams and delivering stronger results for our clients. When conversations began about inefficiencies in PowerPoint, Jenny stepped forward and led the charge. From exploring AI-powered tools to spearheading our transition to Figma, she immersed herself in the platform and helped drive adoption across the agency, training the entire AW team along the way–no small feat!

Her impact doesn’t stop there. Jenny is also helping design the architecture of an innovative platform that streamlines asset management and media trafficking at scale, delivering faster, stronger version control with clearer visibility across thousands of assets.

Beyond process and platforms, Jenny’s dedication to our people shines just as bright. As an active member of AW’s Culture Committee, she helps create the moments that bring our team together, including organizing our Long Island Cares donation drive.
